UKONČENÍ SPOLUPRÁCE S FILIPEM NEUGEBAUEREM
Po vzájemné dohodě jsme se s Filipem Neugebauerem domluvili, že naši 14 letou spolupráci ukončíme.
Bylo to v roce 2007 kdy nás dal osud dohromady. Byl jsem na tréninku v Karlíně u Čejče a potýkal se s technickým problémem na své motorce. Toho si tehdy všimnul tvůj táta Libor a nabídl se, že se na motorku podívá. Právě tímto dnem vznikla naše spolupráce, za kterou jsem neskutečně vděčný.
Rád bych Ti poděkoval za společné roky a reprezentaci mého týmu. Díky Tobě jsem se dostal do světa velkého motokrosu. Ať už jsme spolu absolvovali závody ADAC, ME, či MS. Byla to pro mne obrovská zkušenost. Zapomenout nesmím ani na závody superkrosové, ke kterým jsi mě přivedl také právě Ty.
Poděkovat Ti chci také za to, že jsem díky Tobě poznal spoustu lidí a zažil nespočet zážitků, na které nikdy nezapomenu. Jednou z osob, kterou jsem měl tu čest díky Tobě poznat, je Harald Pfeil z Německa, s kterým jsme se v roce 2008 dohodli na vzájemné spolupráci a kdo by to byl řekl, táhli jsme to spolu v barvách Kawasaki až do roku 2018. Byly to skvělé roky ! Díky moc, Martin !
Za celý tým Ti děkujeme, že jsi byl v letech 2009,2011,2012,2015 a 2019 součástí závodu týmových družstev, kdy se nám podařilo zvítězit a získat tak titul Mistři ČR DRUŽSTEV !
Byla to čest mít v našem týmu závodníka, který v našich barvách 6x reprezentoval ČR na motokrosu národů !
TOBĚ A TVÉMU TÁTOVI PATŘÍ OBROVSKÉ DÍKY ZA VŠECHNO CO JSTE PRO OSIČKA MX TEAM UDĚLALI !
Budeme moc rádi, když se naše cesty nerozejdou úplně a i nadále spolu budeme moci fungovat alespoň v rámci předávání zkušeností a společném trénování s našimi jezdci.

FIRST INFORMATION ABOUT OSICKA MX TEAM PLANS FOR 2021
Together with Filip Neugebauer we agreed that we are going to end our 14-year cooperation.
It was in 2007 when fate put us together. I was training in Karlin and I was struggling with a technical problem on my motorcycle. Your father Libor noticed this and offered to give me help. It was on this day that our cooperation has started, for which I am incredibly grateful.
I would like to thank you for years spent together and the representation of my team. Thanks to you, I got into the world of great motocross. Whether we completed the ADAC, EMX or GP races. It was a huge experience for me. I can not forget the supercross races. It was also you who brought me there.
Also because of you I could meet so many people and had countless experiences that I will never forget. One of the persons I had the honor to meet because of you is Harald Pfeil from Germany with whom we agreed to work together in 2008, and who would have said that, we worked together with Kawasaki colors until 2018. Such an amazing years !!!

On behalf of the whole team, we thank you for being part of the team race in 2009,2011,2012,2015 and 2019 when we managed to win and get the title of Czech Team Championship!
It was an honor to have such a rider in our team who represented the Czech Republic 6 times in our colors at MxoN.
A HUUUUUGE THANKS GOES TO YOU AND YOUR DAD FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR OSICKA MX TEAM IN PAST 14 YEARS !
We will be very happy if our paths do not break up completely and we can still continue to work together, at least in terms of passing on experience and training together with our riders.
